Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For pre-order products, estimated delivery dates may vary depending on production schedules and inventory availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Train Grounded® is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • The original packaging must be included.

  • A receipt or order confirmation number must accompany the return.

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team through the Train Grounded® website.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return shipping instructions and return address.

  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  4. Include your order confirmation or receipt with the returned item.

Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 

 

Warranty Policy

Train Grounded® warrants that the PURE Resistance Towel™ and its towel attachment components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period.

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Is non-transferable.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

The warranty period is three (3) months from the original purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later.

 

 

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or misuse

  • Yanking, jerking, wrenching, or using the towel outside of its intended purpose

  • Improper installation

  • Negligence

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product's intended use and safety instructions

Train Grounded® reserves the right to inspect returned products before determining warranty eligibility.

 

 

Affiliate Program Terms

Train Grounded® may offer an Affiliate Program that allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by promoting our products through approved referral links.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

Commission Payments

Commissions will only be paid on completed purchases that are not canceled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Train Grounded® and may not modify the brand assets without prior written consent.

Program Changes and Termination

Safety Disclaimer

The PURE Resistance Towel™ is designed specifically for strength training under constant tension.

Improper use—including yanking, jerking, wrenching, or applying sudden force—may damage the product and could result in personal injury.

Users are responsible for exercising proper technique and using the product only as intended.
